Yes. Once the lease is signed, a deposit will immediately be secured once the keys are passed over and your rent is paid every month without fail, even if the property is empty, being refurbished, or going through changes. Your income is fully protected.
❓ What kind of agreement do we sign?
We use an agreed company lease, giving you long-term security and fixed income.
This is a professional lease between you (the landlord) and us (Spencer Sleepzzz).
❓ Will I have any void periods or missed payments?
No. There are zero voids with our model. Your payment is the same every month for the entire lease term.
❓ Who looks after the property once the lease is in place?
